Guided implementations of COPE’s primary cloud-based solution, ARC, for clients representing over 2 million patients while working with engineering and leadership teams to develop scalable solutions for the platform.

Managed hundreds of Jira tickets and worked internally with engineering, consulting, leadership, and IT teams to resolve the issues.

Developed custom documentation and provided training for software tools used across the organization including Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, and Craft.io.

Led up to 20 concurrent implementations, which included requirement gathering and onboarding, data normalization and analysis, testing, system configuration, and training.

Worked closely with product teams to become subject matter expert on Interfolio’s 4 software offerings and provided client feedback and results from end-user informational interviews.

Created pitch presentations, onboarding and educational guides, workshop materials, and project closeout documentation for more than 50 clients.

Built implementation resources, such as project planning and tracking tools, that were used across the Interfolio organization and by clients.

Developed the E-Commerce team’s reporting system that integrated data from across the organization with external data via APIs to visualize and track important metrics and KPIs.

Led implementations and business process changes for custom SAP logistics software and the Shipt E-Commerce platform used by 15,000 consumers.
